Barbarian model for MaMoCa

I work with Mostafa and Bob for helping to remake a web site for MaMoCa. I was responsible for 3D model. Mostafa lent me a 3D man that I could imported him from poser or 3D studeio to 3D Max Studio. I added clothes like headband, gauntlet, greave, and tasset. I also added the weapons. When I show this to Mostafa and Bob, I was told that I edit the wrong model, and after the last week on our class, I found a original model that Mostafa told me about. I felt very disappointed of myself that I let my team down. I'm going to fix this anyway. And one more thing, ignore right side man's pelvis on the picture below and don't ask me about it.

Left is my current model I was working on, right side is original model that I was suppose to work on.
